Bloomer Health was developed by a small group of pediatric service providers, all of whom have experience working with the NYC Early Intervention program. Our goal is to enable the Early Intervention practitioner to focus more of their energy into working with children and their families.
A publicly funded, confidential, voluntary and family-centered program which provides services and supports to eligible children with disability or developmental delay.
Infants and toddlers aged 0-3 years may be referred to the Early Intervention Program. If a child is not playing, growing, moving, talking or learning like their peers or if they have a diagnosed condition that may result in developmental delay, they may be eligible for an Early Intervention evaluation.
